Finals Event 2

Begins on May 31st and concludes on June 9th and the champion live stream will begin after i finish reviewing the top submissions and give everyone a score.

Tiers

If we have less than 18 participants, then we will run it as a single tier where everyone will battle it out. If we have at least 18 participants, we will break finals into two tiers. The Pro Tier and the Whooper tier. Tier placement will be determined by the players average score during the season..

Scoring

Instead of determining the winner solely based on total score, we will allocate points to pilots according to their placement in each event. For example, the pilot finishing first in the initial finals event will receive 1 point, while the one in 15th place will get 15 points. The season champion will be the pilot with the lowest total points after both events. In case of a tie, the winner will be decided based on the highest total score across both events.

Tricks and Objectives

As previously mentioned: TotW, KWAD, and obstacle of the week will be randomized, similar to event 7.

Tricks of the Week Frequency

Typically, beginner tricks of the week can be performed up to three times before the repeat reduction applies. However, during the finals, all tricks of the week can only be executed once for full points before the repeat reduction takes effect, similar to normal tricks. This means the first execution will be valued at 200%, then 150%, then 100%, and finally 0%.

Champion and Grand Participation Prizes

The champion of the pro tier will receive around $250 in prizes and gift cards

Additionally, there will be a grand participation prize worth approximately $200 in prizes and gift cards. This prize will be drawn from all participants, with each participant receiving one ticket for each event they took part in. Therefore, the more events a pilot joins, the higher their chances of winning. For instance, a pilot who participated in all seven events will receive seven tickets, while one who joined only two events will receive two tickets.
