Shipping Policy for Prizes

Due to limited funding, all physical prizes will be shipped at the end of the season unless the winner offers to pay for shipping to receive it sooner. Gift cards and PayPal cash will be dispersed throughout the season.

US and International Shipping

Shipping Costs vs. Prize Value:

  • If the cost of shipping is more than the value of the prize, we will offer to send the winner PayPal cash equivalent to the value of the item.
  • If the winner prefers to receive the item, they must cover the price difference over the value of the item. For example, if a prize is valued at $10 and shipping costs $18, we will offer $10 cash, or the winner can pay $8 for shipping.

International Shipping Contribution:

  • TPW will cover up to $20 for international shipping costs.
  • For shipping costs exceeding $20, the winner must cover the additional cost. For example, if shipping costs $30, the winner must pay the remaining $10.
