This 75 Pro build is an absolute beast of a whoop. This fat boi is loaded with all the oomph that you can dream of, while still being able to handle proximity freestyle like a champ.

CAUTION, PLEASE READ: Please note that 5A flight controllers may not be compatible with 1102 motors paired with 45mm props for freestyle flying. I plan to create a revised build list soon, including a more compatible flight controller. I’ll update this message once the changes are made.

Flight Controller

BetaFPV F4 1S AIO

This is the “Light” 0.8mm version with ELRS. I’m all about convenience and prefer the solder the motor plugs to the board, but its nice to have the option to solder directly to the board. Choose the “Classic” 1.0mm version if you would rather not deal with the hassle of soldering the plugs onto the board and don’t mind the extra weight.

Frame

Meteor75 Pro

This frame boasts exceptional durability, with duct breakage being a rare occurrence. The ample space around the props contributes to its resilience. It stands out as an excellent choice for a 75 Pro build, offering a reliable and enjoyable flying experience.

Lipo

GNB – 530mah with A30 connector

This 12 gram lipo packs a real punch and can give you up to 4 mins of flight time with an aggressive freestyle. The A30 connector is where the real magic happens – it allows you to plug into a preexisting BT2.0 pigtail, so it pairs nicely with BetaFPV flight controllers!

Motors

BetaFPV 22,000kv 1102

These BetaFPV motors really pack a punch and are perfect for aggressive freestyles. These motors also have PCB, which allows you to easily shorten or repair the motor wires as needed.

Props

Gemfan 45mm Bi-Blades (1.5mm)

I’m a big fan of Gemfan bi-blades and these 45mm props are perfect for the job. They are super smooth very responsive, which allows me rip as hard as I can.

VTX

BetaFPV M03

The beauty about this VTX is that it allows you to either plug in or directly solder on a camera. It’s perfect for building whoops quickly and cleanly

Camera

Tiny Whoop Fat Pinch – DISCONTINUED

The thing that I love the most about this camera is that it has a MASSIVE field of view! It can be pretty tough to get used to such a wide lens, but once you do, everything else feels too narrow. Unfortunately, this camera is no longer being manufactured at this time.

Camera Mount

RAB FPV 3D Printed Canopy

This camera mount is worth the weight. It has multiple adjustment angles that range from 25 to 45°. It’s highly durable due to the TPU that it’s printed with and has never broke. Just make sure to place some thick double sided tape under the camera to prevent contact with the FC when crashing.
